Nightcrawler HAS to have phasing, but this precludes having flurry to simulate his popping around his target and punching them repeatedly. Also, I just couldn't bring myself to give him flying, but without it he can't carry anyone and phase with them. *Sigh* That leaves him as a pretty weak character, but oh, well...I still love the mod.
